fatmaninalittlesuit: My main way to stay balanced, is to get as much of my fitness done before everyone else is awake as possible. This lets me start the day off right and no surprises can pop up and stop me from exercising. :) 

that sounds like a great idea! I’m only just wondering how early do you have to wake up for that? Or do they just tend to sleep in quite a bit? :)
